Pretty sure you can return unused items, but for opened sprays, it might be trickier. I think their policy is mostly for unopened stuff if you change your mind.

I've used both. Ur Spray felt more for general body recomp and muscle hardness for me. 7 Spray seemed to target fat loss a bit more directly. Just my experience though.
